Information we collect
The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not ask you to create an account. It has no analytics or advertising tracking.
The site has no contact form or newsletter sign-up that sends or stores information.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Interactive map (OpenFreeMap)
Maps on this site stay inactive until you press a button to open one, such as Open interactive map or Open Kota Kinabalu map. When you do, your browser requests the map style, map tiles, place-name fonts and map symbols directly from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), a free map service run by Hyperknot Software Kft. in Hungary. Those requests send OpenFreeMap your IP address, your browser type, the address of this site, and which part of the map you are viewing. Nothing is sent before you open the map.
According to OpenFreeMap’s privacy policy, it uses no cookies or tracking, keeps no IP addresses in its normal access logs, may keep them in error logs for up to 7 days, and may log them for up to 30 days while investigating abuse. The map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors, credited on the map.
Links to other sites
Pages link to other sites, such as Google Maps for directions and the sources cited on dish and listing pages. Nothing is sent to those sites unless you follow a link, and they have their own privacy policies.

If we add analytics, a newsletter service, a contact form or other data collection, we will update this page first.
